What We Do

Bringing order to a chain with many moving parts

A cross-border shipment involves producers, yards, trucks, barges, ports and vessels. We plan those steps together and stay responsible for the handovers, from the point of production to the point of consumption.

  • Sourcing
  • Transport
  • Storage
  • Delivery
The Four Stages

What each stage covers

Every order passes through the same four stages. The scope of each stage is agreed in writing before shipment, so responsibilities are clear at every handover.

01

Sourcing

We work directly with source factories and quarries, matching your specification to the right producer instead of passing the order through intermediaries.

  • Supplier identification and qualification at factory level
  • Specification matching, sampling and pre-shipment inspection support
  • Price comparison across producers for the same grade of goods

02

Transport

Road, inland waterway, ocean and rail are combined into one routing plan, so cargo keeps moving without you coordinating several carriers.

  • Trucking from factory to port, yard or rail terminal
  • Inland river barge and ocean vessel booking for bulk and break-bulk cargo
  • Rail freight for medium and long distance inland legs
Discuss Your Requirement

03

Storage

Warehouses and open yards hold cargo between production and shipment, allowing consolidation, batching and protection from weather.

  • Open yard storage for aggregates with separated stockpiles by grade
  • Covered warehousing for machinery and bagged commodities
  • Consolidation and staged collection ahead of vessel loading
Discuss Your Requirement

04

Delivery

Cargo is handed over at the point agreed with you, with documentation prepared for customs clearance at both ends of the journey.

  • Delivery terms aligned to your needs: FOB, CIF or DDP
  • Discharge coordination at destination port and onward haulage
  • Document set prepared for customs clearance and handover

End-to-End Process

How an order moves

From your first specification sheet to the moment cargo is handed over at destination, the chain follows six planned steps.

  1. 01

    Client Requirement

You share specification, quantity, destination and target delivery window.

  2. 02

    Factory Sourcing

We identify qualified producers, confirm samples and agree quality terms.

  3. 03

    Inland Transport

Cargo moves by truck, barge or rail from the factory to the port or yard.

  4. 04

    Port & Storage

Goods are stored, consolidated and prepared for vessel loading at Wuhu or a downstream seaport.

  5. 05

    Ocean / Rail Shipping

We book ocean vessels or rail services for the main carriage to your region.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Cargo is discharged, cleared and delivered to the destination agreed with you.
